BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
That certain proposal, with addendum, of the City National Bank in Wichita
Falls to serve as depository of the City of Wichita Falls for a period of two (2)
years from October 1, 1969, is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute such depository contract for the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 1969.
