BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas and Black & Veatch, consulting engineers, providing for
engineering services for increasing the capacity of waste water
treatment by the City of Wichita Falls for the 1985 population,
is hereby approved, and the city manager is authorized to execute
said contract for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the day of September, 1969.
