BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas and the City of Iowa Park, Texas, in which they agree to
apportion the area where the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
two municipalities overlap, is hereby approved, and the mayor is
authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE d-DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1969.
