BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas and the Town of Holliday, Texas, in which they agree to
apportion between them the area of overlap of the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the two municipalities, is hereby approved, and
the mayor is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
