BE IT PESOINKO BY TIE BOAM) OF 1.,IDE1dN OF ),.At; CIT1 (T wm.aiTA FAILS, TlA,AS, TtfAT: The Mayor, acting for end in behalf of the City of Wichita Falls, is hereby authorized end directed to execute deeds conveying unto the State of Texas the following tracts or parcels of laud situated in Wichita County, Texas, to-wit: Parcels 110, 117, 282, 343, 370, 379, 482, and 573, all of which are specifically described in the records of this project on file in the offices of the Department of Public Works in the City of Wichita Falls . The consideration for such deeds shell be the sum of fifty percent (507„) reimbursement, of the value of Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty-.Tao ($79,1142.00) Dollars of the said proprty under the terms of the above mentioned contract. Such deeds shall reserve all of the oil, gas and sulphur under the lands conveyed, but waive all, rights of ingress and egress to the surface thereof for the purpose of eploring, developing, mining, or drilling for same; however, the State shall have the right to tae and use all other minerals and materials thereon, therein, t 2. and thereundar.
