Whereas, the administrative staff of the
City of Wichita Falls has negotiated two contracts, one
with Continental Airlines, Inc. and one with Texas
International Airlines, Inc. , concerning lease of premises,
landing fees and other appropriate matters relative to
the operation of said airlines at the Wichita Falls
Municipal Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said two contracts, each dated July 15, 1969,
are hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute such contracts for the City of Wichita Falls.
