BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement from the city of Wichita Falls
to Texas Electric Service Company for an underground electric
distribution system on lots nine and ten out of block 16A of
the Highland Addition (the site of the new Fillmore Street
fire substation) is hereby approved, and the city manager is
authorized to execute and deliver the same.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17TH DAY OF JUNE, 1969.
