BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
That certain contract dated May 1, 1969, between the
City of Wichita Falls, the County of Wichita and Gold Cross
Ambulance Service, Inc. of Wichita Falls, a Texas corporation,
whereby Gold Cross Ambulance Service, Inc . of Wichita Falls
agrees to furnish emergency ambulance service in Wichita
County, Texas, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF MAY, 1969.
