BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
That certain lease agreement dated May 7th, 1969 between
the City of Wichita Falls and Spomer Outdoor Advertising
Company, providing for the lease of property at Bridge and
Lincoln Streets in Wichita Falls for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining advertising displays and devices for a period
of five (5) years is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF MAY, 1969.
