BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Fixed Base Operator' s Agreement and Aircraft
Fuel Servicing Contract, between the City of Wichita Falls and
Charles E. King, commencing March 1st, 1969, for a term of
five years, with certain options to renew, concerning the
operations at Wichita Falls Municipal Airport, is hereby approved,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute such contract
for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6th DAY OF MAY, 1969.
