AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY ABANDONING AND RELEASING A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT AND CERTAIN DOWN-GUY
EASEMENTS SITUATED ON LOTS 14-23, BLOCK 1, TANGLEWOOD HOLLOW
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.

WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deem it advisable and in the public interest to permanently abandon
and release a portion of a utility easement and down-guy easements herein-
after described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The utility easement covering the hereinafter
described tract of land in Lots 14-23, Block 1, Tanglewood Hollow Addition
of the City of Wichita Falls, be and the same is hereby permanently abandoned
and released, to-wit:
A 15' strip of land centered along a line that is
92.5' from the west right-of-way line of Shady Lane, which begins at the north
property line of Lot 14, Block 1, of the Tanglewood Hollow Addition and
continuing southerly and easterly parallel to Shady Lane to the east property
line of Lot 23, Block 1, of the -Tanglewood Hollow Addition.
SECTION 2. Those 15' x 30' down-guy easements adjoining the
present easement between Lots 16 and 17, 17 and 18, 18 and 19, 19 and 20
be and the same are hereby permanently abandoned and released.
