AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2491
WHICH REGULATES THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES , BY ADDING A DEFINITION OF
"PREMISES" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 2491
is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at
the end of such Section 10:
" ' Premises ' when used in Section 12 of Ordinance
No. 2491, shall mean the area designated as the Licensed
Premise in the license or permit issued by the Texas Liquor
Control Board; provided, however, it shall also include
any room or area with a door or other opening between it and
the Licensed Premises. "
SECTION 2 . The provisions of this ordinance shall
be included and incorporated in the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Wichita Falls as an addition or an amendment thereto,
and shall be appropriately renumbered to conform to the uniform
numbering system of the code.
