AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23-135 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE ELONGATED
TYPE CLOSET BOWLS WITH OPEN FRONT SEATS IN
ALL REST ROOMS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 23-135 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by deleting the last
sentence in paragraph (a) thereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of June,
1969.
