AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH 2 OF PARAGRAPH (c)
SECTION 27-24.5 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY .
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM
DRIVEWAY APPROACH WIDTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph (c) of Section 27-24.5
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wichita. Falls is hereby amended
so that this paragraph shall read as follows
" The width or throat of a driveway approach shall
not be greater than thirty-five feet (35') for
commercial or public establishments, measured
at right angles to the axis of the driveway
approach, except that a driveway for a service
station shall not be greater than forty feet (40') ." •
