BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain lease agreement dated September 9, 1971,
wherein I. R. Monaghan leases to the City of Wichita Falls the
property at 706 East Scott for the use of the public transportation
and parking meter departments is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 21st day of September, 1971.
