BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The provisions of Minute Order No. 65208, passed by the
Texas Highway Commission on August 5, 1971, are acceptable to the City
of Wichita Falls. It is hereby ordered that the City of Wichita Falls
co-operate with the State Highway Department and proceed with the
obligations so stipulated in said Minute Order as being responsibilities
of the City.

Tha Texas Highuny Department will:
L MAW construction, plans and specifications for the proposed
improvements.
2, Provide for widening pavement and its support and resurfacing
within these limits, at an estimated cost of $23,600.
Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate officials
of the City of Wichita Falls, the State Highway Engineer is directed to enter
into agreement with the City covering the details of the proposed improvements,
to proceen with the engineering developmeat of the project and after the City
has fulfilled its responsibilities, proceed with construction as authorized
herein in the most feasible and economical manner, financing the cost in the
Federal TOPICS Program.
This Order shall become operative upon acceptance by the 'City of Wichita Falls
and if not accepted within 90 days of the date hereof, the action herein con-
tained shall be automatically cancelled.
