WHEREAS, the following property was acquired by the City
when it was acquiring right-of-way for the Old Seymour Road-Avenue K
Extension, and said property is not needed for such right-of-way,
to-wit:
Lot 3-A of the Replat of part of Block 21, Westside
Addition to Floral Heights Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, also known as 2104 Arthur
Street.
WHEREAS, the City advertised the sale of such property
to the general public on sealed bids, and the highest bid of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

and the Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver to such bidder a
deed conveying the above described property for the City of Wichita
