BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, for
the City of Wichita Falls, that certain water purchase contract,
as now modified, with Arrowhead Ranch Estates Corporation.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 16th day of February, 1971.
