BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and the City of Scotland fo r thesale and purchase of water, a copy
of which is attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 2nd day of February, 1971.
