WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Commissioners Court
of Wichita County, Texas, held on the 14th day of December,
1970, said Commissioners Court re-appointed Dr. Roger Humphrey
of Wichita Falls and Mr. C. J. Lippard of Burkburnett as members
of the Wichita Falls City-Wichita County Board of Health for
two-year terms commencing January 1, 1971, and expiring December
31, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such appointment of Dr. Roger Humphrey and Mr. C. J.
Lippard as members of the Wichita Falls City-Wichita County Board
of Health be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 19th day of January, 1971.
