BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain supplemental letter agreement dated
December 2, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto, with Texas
Electric Service Company, to provide electric energy for the
operation of obstruction lights is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.

Gentlemen:
This letter refers to our agreement with you dated February 8, 1965, as
supplemented, and will modify and supplement said agreement, effective
December 15, 1970 as follows:
1. Company will provide electric energy for the operation of one
hundred eight 100-watt obstruction lights located atop 150-
foot street light towers and 50-foot street light poles, as
detailed on Exhibit I of this supplement. All obstruction
lights will be controlled by photo cells arranged to operate
lights only at night time.
2. City will install, own, operate, and maintain all such
obstruction lights and associated equipment.
3. City agrees to pay for electric energy for obstruction lights
in accordance with Rate Y-b based upon an estimated 35 kwh
per month for each 100-watt lamp. The estimated >w'h are based
upon 4000 burning hours per year and include 5% losses. City
agrees to pay for electric energy provided hereunder within
ten days from date of bill.
All other terms and conditions of Said agreement, as supplemented, will
remain in full force and effect except as expressly amended by this letter.
If this is in accordance with your understanding and is acceptable to
you, please so indicate as provided below.
