BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls
and J. F. (Frank) Stagner, wherein such parties amend Paragraph 8
of the contract originally entered into between them dated January
1, 1969, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 15th day of December, 1970.
