BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain easement from the City of Wichita Falls to
Texas Electric Service Company on a strip ten (10' ) feet wide across
the new Health Unit property is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute and deliver the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 1st day of December, 1970.
