BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract between the Texas Water Development
Board and the City of Wichita Falls, dated August 31, 1970, and being
the Texas Water Development Board Contract No. SW-64-71, providing
for a water resources investigation by the U. S. Geological Survey
for the period of September 1, 1970 through August 31, 1971, is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 3rd day of November, 1970.
