BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
THAT certain contract between the City of Wichita
Falls and the State of Texas, wherein the City agrees to pay
the sum of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 Dollars
15, 750.00) for curb and gutter and storm sewer work and inci-
dental items on FM Road No. 369 from near Gregg Road to near
Barnett Road in accordance with State Highway Commission Minute
Order No. 64173, is hereby approved, and the City Manager hereby
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Wichita
Falls.
