necessary for a co,-2.plete project with the exception of pavouont and its
support.

such installations in accordance with governing policies anl regulations

facility.
2. Uhintain that portion of the work uhich is its responsibility in accord-
ance with present n.iIntenance agreey,ent.
It is understood that the responsibility of the Texas Ilighway Depart.x,nt is con-
fined to the pay:dent and its support, ard till other features necessary now or
in the future to provide an adequate travel facility shall be the responibility
of the City of Wichita Falls.
Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate officials of
the City of Wichita Palls, the State Righw.ly En3ineer is directed to proceed
with the development of plans for construction and after the City has fulfilled
its responsibilities, proceed with construction in the most feasible and economth.
