BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement, between the City of Wichita
Falls and Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company, covering the
opening of a grade crossing and installation of signals at the
railway company' s milepost W-4. 71 and McNiel Street in the City
of Wichita Falls is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 4th day of August, 1970.
