RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT
WITH CHARLES HARPER AND ASSOCIATES
FOR ARCHITECT' S SERVICES CONCERNING
SWIMMING POOL IN LUCY PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, for the
City of Wichita Falls, a contract with Charles Harper and Asso-
ciates for architect' s services concerning the construction of
a swimming pool and adjacent facilities in Lucy Park; such con-
tract shall generally follow the provisions of the Texas Society
of Architects document "Services of the Architect" and the Ameri-
can Institute of Architects document B 131 "terms and conditions
of agreement between owner and architect" ; such contract will
provide for a fixed basic fee of $4, 625.00.
