BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
An election shall be held in the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas on November 7, 1972, at which election there shall be sub-
mitted the proposition as to whether or not Resolution No. 1338,
which provides for a program of controlled fluoridation of the
city water supply by which the fluoride content shall be 1.0
part per million, shall be adopted.
The official ballots for said election shall permit the
electors to vote "For" or "Against" the aforesaid proposition,
which shall be set forth in substantially the following form:
