WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls advertised
for competitive bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvements to Arrowhead
Industrial District East, Project 81-168-06; and,
WHEREAS, the City received two (2) bids, and the bid of
Crookham & Vessels, Inc. of Southmayd, Texas, in the amount of
Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Nine Dollars and Fifty
Cents ($22,279.50), is the low and best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Crookham & Vessels, Inc. in the amount of Twenty
Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents
22,279.50) is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute for the City of Wichita Falls, a contract with said bidder
for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements.
