BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain lease agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto, wherein the City of Wichita Falls leases to Community
Telephone Company a tract of land situated at Lake Arrowhead
for use in its telephone system, is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls .

LEASE AGREEMENT
STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
COUNTY OF CLAY
This lease is made, executed and entered into by and
between the City of Wichita Falls , Texas (Lessor) and the
Community Telephone Company, a corporation, of Archer County,
Texas (Lessee) .
1. Lessor leases, demises , lets and rents the herein des-
cribed premises unto lessee, for the sum of One and No/100
Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, for a period of forty
years from this date. Provided, however, in the event the
herein described premises should ever be abandoned by lessee,
and no longer used for the continuation of the telephone and
communication system situated thereon and appurtenant thereto,
this lease shall terminate and be of no further force and effect.
2 . The premises covered by this lease agreement are des-
cribed as follows :
A corner lot, situated at the intersection of
West Arrowhead Drive and Blackfeet Trail, on
the shore of Lake Arrowhead, situated in Clay
County, Texas . Said lot being situated North
of West Arrowhead Drive, West of Blackfeet
Trail, South of a lot numbered " 1" (said Lot
No. 1 being the first of a series of numbered
lots situated on the Westerly side of Blackfeet
Trail, and adjacent to the shoreline of Lake
Arrowhead) and the lot which is the subject of
this lease being bounded on its Westerly side
by the shoreline of Lake Arrowhead.
3. These premises are leased by lessor to lessee for use
by the lessee in the operation of its telephone and communica-
tions system. If the lessee ever allows any activity or
conduct on the leased premises which is contrary to state law,
Wichita Falls city ordinances or rules and regulations in effect
at Lake Arrowhead, and such activity or conduct is not stopped
within 15 days after lessor has notified lessee in writing to
do so, lessor shall have the right to terminate this lease.
4. This lease shall not be assigned by lessee without the
consent in writing of lessor.
