BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain supplemental agreement, a copy of which is
attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls and The Goodyear
Tire & Rubber Company, providing for the leasing of bus tires to
the City, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 6th day of June, 1972.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
Akron, Ohio 1972
The Memorandum of Agreement dated June 9, 1937, by and between Wichita
Transit Corporation, of Wichita Falls, Texas (The City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
being the successor thereof) , and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Inc. , of
Akron, Ohio (The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company being the successor thereof
by merger) as last extended by Supplemental Agreement dated August 12, 1970 is
hereby further extended to terminate on instead
of June 30, 1972.
With the exception herein specifically emumerated, all the terms and
provisions of said Memorandum of Agreement dated June 9, 1937, as extended
and amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to
be signed in duplicate by their respective duly authorized representatives the
day and year first above written.
