BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain water purchase contract, a copy of which
is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and
the State of Texas, providing for the sale of raw water for the
state park located at Lake Arrowhead, is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 2nd day of May, 1972 .
