BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain settlement of the claim for damages by
the George B. Cox Estate for the value of improvements on Lot
No. 6, Section H, West side of Lake Arrowhead, for the sum of
6, 000.00 is hereby approved and ratified.
