BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
That certain agreement dated February 1, 1972 between
the City of Wichita Falls and J. F. (Frank) Stagner, a copy of
which is attached hereto, whereby the City leases to Stagner for
three (3) years the golf pro shop, grill and snack bar and locker
rooms in the Weeks Park golf clubhouse, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 15th day of February, 1972.
