BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute for the City of Wichita
Falls a Quit Claim Deed to the State of Texas all of the interest acquired
by the City in Parcel No. 2, Kell Freeway Right-of-way, being a tract con-
taining 17.932 acres of land, more or less, by virtue of the judgment in
Cause No. 11336 in the County Court of Wichita County, Texas, being State
of Texas vs Felix G. Payne Jr. et al.
