BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute for the City of Wichita
Falls a quit claim deed to the State of Texas all of the interest acquired
by the City in Parcel No. 137, Kell Freeway Right-of-way, being a tract
containing 10,000 square feet of land, more or less, by virtue of the
judgment in Cause No. 11,364 in the County Court of Wichita County, Texas,
being State of Texas vs Gene Stephens et ux.
