WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls advertised
for competitive bids for the construction of sanitary sewer lines
facilities extension which will serve the new Allis-Chalmers facility;
and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and the bid of B & G
Utility Construction Co. , Inc. , of Burkburnett, Texas, was the lowest
and best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of B & G Utility Construction Co. , Inc. in the
amount of Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-eight Dollars Seventy
Cents ($30,228.70) is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute, for the City of Wichita Falls, a contract
with said bidder for the construction of such sewer line facilities.
