BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute for the City of Wichita
Falls a quit claim deed to the State of Texas all of the Ilnterest acquired
by the City in Parcel No. 661 and No. 661-A, Kell Freeway Right-of-Way,
being tracts containing 17,213 square feet of land , more or 'ess , by virtue
of the judgment in Cause No, Ii ,306 in the County Court of Wichita County,
Texas , being State of Texas vs. J. T. Wood et ux, et al.
