RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISMISSAL OF CON-
DEMNATION CASE AGAINST WILMER GLEGHORN
IN BAYLOR COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
file a motion to dismiss that certain condemnation case,
Cause No. 6931 in the District Court of Baylor County, Texas,
being City of Wichita Falls, et al vs. Wilmer G. Gleghorn,
and his filing of such motion is hereby ratified and con-
firmed.
