RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
EASEMENT TO GAS SYSTEMS, INC. FOR
EXTENSION OF LOW PRESSURE GAS
GATHERING SYSTEM AT LAKE ARROWHEAD.
WHEREAS, Gas Systems, Inc. owns a natural gas
gathering system, and desires to extend such system
in order to gather produced natural gas which is not
now being utilized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,TEXAS, THAT;
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
to Gas Systems, Inc. an easement for the purpose of
laying approximately 13, 000 feet of gas pipeline on
the east side of Lake Arrowhead to extend its gas
gathering system to connect to Bridwell Oil Company' s
Halsell "A" south battery.
