RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT OF
BIGGS & MATTHEWS, INC. FOR SEWER
STUDY AND PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to employ the firm
of Biggs & Matthews, Inc. , consulting engineers, to make a
utilization study and report for the Northside interceptor
sewer main for a fee of $1500, and thereafter to contract
with said Biggs & Matthews, Inc. to prepare plans and specifi-
cations for that part of such interceptor main for which con-
struction money is available.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF SEPTMEBER, 1973.
