RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO O.G.S. ,
INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE WASHEX AND
PPG.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of sanitary sewer improvements to serve
the Washex and PPG properties; and,
WHEREAS, six bids were received, and it is found that the
low base bid of O.G.S. , Inc. in the amount of $22, 360.94 is the
lowest and best base bid that meets specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of O.G.S. , Inc. in the amount of $22,360. 94 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with O.G.S. , Inc. for
the construction of such sanitary sewer improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1973.
