RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE NO. DOT-FA73SW-
1163, FROM CITY OF WICHITA FALLS TO UNITED
STATES FOR SPACE IN AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILD-
ING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Lease No. DOT-FA73SW-1163, whereby the City
of Wichita Falls leases to the United States certain space in
the new extension of the airport terminal building to be used
for FAA Wichita Falls Sector Field Office is hereby approved,
and the city manager is authorized to execute the same for the
City of Wichita Falls.
