RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO LAKE
ROAD WELDING CO. , INC. FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF WROUGHT IRON FENCE AT ROSEMONT
CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of a wrought iron fence at Rosemont
Cemetery; and,
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, this being the bid
of Lake Road Welding Co. , Inc. in the amount of $11,349. 20 ,
including alternate Item 3, and it is found that this is a
good and reasonable bid and that it should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Lake Road Welding Co. , Inc. in the amount
of $11,349. 20 , including alternate Item 3, is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute for the City of
Wichita Falls a contract with Lake Road Welding Co. , Inc. for
the construction of such improvement.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of June, 1975.
