RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE 1975
SEAL COAT PROGRAM TO HEBER BRANTLEY CO. , INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for performing the 1975 Seal Coat Program; and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that the
bid of Heber Brantley Company, Inc. in the amount of $29,970.00 is
the lowest and best bid and should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Heber Brantley Company, Inc. , in the amount of
29,970.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with Heber
Brantley Company, Inc. for the performance of the 1975 Seal Coat
Program.
