RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
GRAZING LEASE TO CLIFF CUNNINGHAM ON
1, 488 .33 ACRES OF LAND ON NORTH SIDE
OF LAKE KICKAPOO.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids on a grazing
lease on 1,488 .33 acres of land on the north side of Lake
Kickapoo; and,
WHEREAS, seven (7) bids were received, and it appears
that the highest and best bid is that of Cliff Cunningham
in the sum of $3. 59 per acre per year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Cliff Cunningham is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute such gra-
zing lease to Cliff Cunningham for a period of four (4)
years and one month, beginning April 1st, 1975 and ending
April 30th, 1979.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of March, 1975.
