RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
GRAZING LEASE TO PATRICK AND BREWER ON
549. 62 ACRES OF LAND ON SOUTH SIDE OF
LAKE KICKAPOO.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids on a grazing
lease on 549. 62 acres of land on the south side of Lake Kick-
apoo; and,
WHEREAS, eight (8) bids were received, and it appears
that the highest and best bid is that of Patrick and Brewer
in the sum of $4. 07 per acre per year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Patrick and Brewer is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute such grazing
for a period of four (4) years,to Patrick and Brewer or p y
beginning May 1st, 1975 and ending April 30th, 1979 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of March, 1975.
