RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALBERT T. NICE
MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Albert T. Nice is hereby appointed Municipal Judge
of the City of Wichita Falls for a term of two (2) years
beginning March 7th, 1975, with an annual salary of
15, 000.
