RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE TO WICHITA
FALLS BOATING CLUB ON A TRACT ON LAKE
WICHITA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain lease from the City of Wichita Falls to
Wichita Falls Boating Club, covering a tract of land contain-
ing 1. 75 acres, more or less, on Lake Wichita, is hereby
approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of February, 1975.
